Job Description

As a Gifting Procurement Specialist, you'll be creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized Service Awards. You'll be working with vendors or internal teams to set up their service award program and order their physical custom awards for employees reaching their anniversary. You'll help the client design their service awards and tailor them to their company.
What you will accomplish:
Build and maintain client relationships Maintain a high level of communication with clients throughout project timeline Ensure that each task is done correctly and efficiently while meeting all project deadlines Work efficiently with other departments across the company Manage a portfolio of clients and respond to all client requests related to the fulfillment of physical awards Lead new clients through the setup process, ensuring all the right information and assets have been delivered Assist current clients with re-ordering inventory and creating financial documentation What you will bring: Experience in a client facing role preferred Immense attention to detail as you manage multiple different projects Project management experience Friendly, people-oriented, self starter personality
