Procurement Specialist (Medical Devices / Aesthetics)
Location:
Park City, UT (100% Onsite, full-time) Base Salary $68k + uncapped commission About Us Powered by MRP is a fast-growing marketplace specializing in new and pre-owned aesthetic medical equipment. We work with clinics, manufacturers, banks, and asset managers nationwide to source and deliver high-value capital equipment. The Role We're hiring a Procurement Specialist to join our Buy Team—responsible for sourcing and purchasing aesthetic medical devices (lasers and energy-based systems). This is a high-activity, outbound-driven role with full ownership of deals from first contact through execution (agreement inspection delivery).
Key priorities include:
Clear existing backorders (top priority) Sourcing high-demand inventory at scale Building and maintaining a robust, repeatable seller pipeline This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and enjoys both negotiation and operational execution. What You'll Do Source equipment through: Manufacturer reps Clinics, medspas, and physicians Banks, asset managers, and repossession channels Social platforms and industry marketplaces Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, social) Negotiate purchase pricing and submit internal deal approvals Manage deals from sourcing through: Signed agreement Inspection coordination Final delivery to MRP Track all activity in CRM and internal systems Attend and verify equipment inspections (remote or virtual) Maintain clear communication with sellers to move deals forward quickly Daily Expectations This is a performance-based role with clear activity requirements: 40-50 outbound calls per day Add and engage 10+ new contacts daily Consistent follow-up on active deals and pipeline Accurate CRM documentation and reporting Success is driven by consistent effort, follow-through, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For Required:
1-3 years' experience in sales, procurement, or high-volume outbound roles Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously Highly organized, process-driven, and accountable Comfortable in a fast-paced, metric-oriented environment
Preferred:
