Pay:
$29-$35 per hour
Schedule:
9am- 5pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Receives and reviews purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy. Assists with order entry ensuring accurate quantities, materials and products. Resolves invoices through our ERP and procurement systems. Monitors medical supply billing and process usage reports. Coordinates returns, warranties, and vendor credits. Tracks outstanding credits through to resolution. Maintains accurate purchasing records and documentation. Communicates updates to department contacts as needed. Contributes extensively to achieving departmental goals and objectives. Treats all persons with respect and is a "team player" within department and across the organization. Exercises discretion and escalates issues appropriately. Projects positive professional image. Takes responsibility for personal growth and learning. Effectively uses resources and strives for efficiency. Abides by department, personnel, and company policies and procedures. Meets regular and predictable attendance requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years' direct experience required in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Management, or Merchandising highly preferred, Strong knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing best practices. Experience working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and procurement software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with vendors and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional customer service and vendor relationship management skills. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to all Goodwin Living campuses, vendors' warehouses/showrooms as needed A sampling of our many benefits!
