You will participate in the development of command policy and processes. You will be required to conduct training to command participants on regulations, policies, or processes. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band (NH-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Oversee and/or lead complex procurement processes; Develop and/or implement policies; Provide expert guidance, analysis of metrics, and reporting to senior leaders; Ensure compliance with government regulations for high-value acquisitions. Exceptions:

Employees in GS-1102 positions will be considered to have met the standard for positions they occupy on January 1, 2000.
