Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized and proactive Purchasing and Fleet Coordinator to administer our day-to-day material procurement, vehicle fleet, and building facilities. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, maintaining our vehicle operations, and ensuring our buildings are safe, functional, and compliant with safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Procurement & Purchasing Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and equipment needed across all departments. Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, availability, and speed of delivery. Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any invoicing or shipment discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records and set reorder points to prevent shortages 2. Fleet Oversight Oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, including acquisitions, leasing, and disposal. Schedule and track preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize vehicle downtime. Maintain accurate records for vehicle licensing, registration, titles, and fuel usage. Ensure all fleet members and vehicles comply with state, local, and company safety regulations. 3. Building & Facilities Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for building maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades. Coordinate with external contractors and service technicians for building repairs (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical). 4. Warehouse Responsibilities • Assist with unloading and receiving goods. Support Warehouse team with daily tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner. Assist with unloading and receiving goods. Maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
