A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Procurement Associate Position type: Full-time, Contract to possible hire

Everett, WA, 98204 As a Procurement Associate you will: Carries out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis. Responds to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction. Carries out activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization's best interest. Prepares purchase orders, approves payments, and negotiates prices to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly, under general guidance. Compiles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices. Prepares requests for proposals (RFP) and bid packages to take on new accounts. Monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will have:

10+ years' experience in Purchasing & Procurement without bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of relevant experience in Purchasing with bachelor's degree Managing parts purchasing projects. Some program management background Experience using

ERP OR SAP

systems. Aerospace background Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range•: $40.00/hr to $55.00/hr •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
