Responsibilities EPC Analytics Partnership:
Partner with the EPC Central team to leverage and build upon the existing Procurement analytics foundation, ensuring DCI requirements are integrated while driving consistent data definitions, reporting, KPIs, and scalable analytics capabilities across the broader procurement organization.Procurement Operations Excellence:
Design and continuously improve end-to-end procurement processes, reducing manual work, cycle time, complexity, and execution variability across regions.Data & Performance Management:
Establish common KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and data-quality standards that provide visibility to procurement, contracting, supplier, and delivery performance.Digitization & Automation:
Own the DCI Procurement digitization roadmap, leveraging AI, automation, workflow tools, and enterprise platforms to simplify and scale execution.Operating Rhythm:
Establish effective performance reviews, Gemba walks, and operating mechanisms that translate data into actions, accountability, and continuous improvement.Process & Controls:
Develop standardized processes, governance, and controls that enable global consistency while supporting regional execution.Insights & Decision Support:
Translate operational data into actionable insights, identifying bottlenecks, emerging risks, trends, and opportunities requiring leadership action.Transformation & Adoption:
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and ensure new processes, tools, and ways of working are adopted, measured, and sustained. Qualifications Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, operational excellence, analytics, or business transformation . Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, digitization, analytics, or operational transformation at scale. Experience establishing KPIs, dashboards, operating rhythms, and performance-management mechanisms . Strong analytical, change-management, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication skills. Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Gemba, or continuous-improvement methodologies . Experience implementing AI, automation, analytics, or procurement/supply-chain technology solutions . Experience in data centers, infrastructure, construction, technology, manufacturing, or another complex operating environment. - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400

- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600
- $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000
- $206,400 per year.
