We provide general contracting, construction management, and self-development services across the surrounding region and Western WA. We are looking for a Parts, Inventory and Purchasing Agent to support our maintenance team ensuring our fleet is operational, safe and federally compliant with the desired qualifications. Compensation rate is $28-$33, depending on experience. Health and PTO benefits are available. Duties Master maintenance software program achieving advanced proficiency fully leveraging the software's capabilities supporting operational goals. Source, evaluate, purchasimg parts and supplies for concrete pumps, ready-mix trucks, batch plants, and related equipment. Manage inventory levels to ensure critical parts are available while controlling costs. Process purchase orders, review invoices, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and accounting. Track shipments, expedite urgent orders, and coordinate logistics to meet operational needs. Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and cost savings. Stay up to date on industry trends, new suppliers, and equipment specifications. Collaborate with maintenance, dispatch, and operations teams to forecast and plan parts requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, and safety standards. Working with the Safety & Compliance team meeting the commercial DOT standards. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management within the automotive or manufacturing industry Strong supplier management experience with negotiation skills to secure favorable terms Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, and automotive parts management Hands-on experience with warehouse management, logistics inventory management, and shipping & receiving procedures Knowledge of procurement management processes including demand planning, sourcing, and pricing strategies Mechanical knowledge related to automotive parts, or commercial equipment repair is advantageous Skilled in Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes Excellent internal communication skills for collaborating across departments including sales, customer service, and logistics This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals eager to enhance their expertise in parts administration while supporting a thriving team dedicated to excellence. Pay:
