Blue Dolphin not only services the equipment brands we distribute. Additionally, our technicians work closely with other manufacturers. We provide parts and service for almost any car wash equipment on the market.
Job Summary :
A Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of goods and services for an organization. They work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that products and services are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with company policies. What you'll do as a
Procurement Specialist:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers. Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs to avoid shortages or overstocking. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, etc.) to ensure procurement processes meet business needs. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Resolve any procurement-related issues, such as quality concerns or delivery delays. Qualifications of a
Procurement Specialist:
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
