A Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of goods and services for an organization. They work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that products and services are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with company policies. Procurement Specialist:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers. Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs to avoid shortages or overstocking. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, etc.) to ensure procurement processes meet business needs.
