Sr. Sourcing Analyst Job Title Sr. Sourcing Analyst Job # US19928 Requisition Type Regular Function Supply Chain State/Province Wisconsin City Middleton Region US Posting Start Date Mar-25-2026 Division Information Spectrum Brands' global enabling functions, including Finance, Legal, IT, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations, provide enterprise-wide strategy, structure, and common processes to deliver the knowledge and expertise that helps our businesses grow. Enabling functions may operate as a center-led global team, providing a central strategy, structure, and standards; or as business partner teams, with resources embedded within the businesses to deliver business unit-specific results. Job Summary The Sourcing Analyst III is responsible for analyzing data; developing and presenting reports; and supporting Global Sourcing projects Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Document and maintain processes for purchase requisitions, purchase orders and new supplier onboarding.
  • Consult with business partners regarding purchasing system roles and access request including roles for requisitioners, receivers, approvers and more.
  • New supplier set up liaison for suppliers, accounts payable, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Vendor Maintenance and accounts payable teams to ensure supplier information meets company standards.
  • Create and maintain documentation on procurement and sourcing procedures.
  • Provide training on procurement related processes and systems, including purchasing applications.
  • Report, analyze, audit, and maintain supplier master data, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, material master, and purchase information records.
  • Extract data and create reports from systems to identify spend profiles of commodity groups.
  • Assist Global Sourcing Leaders when requested.
  • Complete special projects that may be assigned as determined by management. Education and Experience Profile
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, supply chain, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Sourcing Analyst role.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC and S/4Hana; VIM; ServiceNow or other ITSM applications.
  • Knowledgeable about procurement, purchasing and master data concepts.
  • Experience designing and maintaining SharePoint team sites.
  • Experience with setting up global suppliers. Required Skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • General proficiency using Microsoft Office products.
  • Commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to communicate process requirements with global suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and follow through.
  • Must possess ability to multi-task and prioritize based on business needs.
  • Track record of working collaboratively to develop strong business relationships and deliver results. Work Environment
  • On-site three days per week if in Middleton, WI office; remote two days per week.
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
