$100,000 Great opportunity to join a growing food manufacturing company in Monroe, WI. We are adding a Senior Buyer to our team to lead procurement, inventory optimization, and supplier management. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory, strong vendor partnerships, and uninterrupted production. Main Responsibilities Lead sourcing and purchasing of raw materials Develop category strategies, run RFPs, and negotiate pricing and contracts Manage supplier performance, delivery, and quality issues Handle inventory planning (min/max levels, forecasting, and usage analysis) Partner cross-functionally with Warehouse, Operations, Scheduling, and Finance Support month-end inventory counts and resolve discrepancies Ensure ERP/MRP data accuracy and drive continuous improvement Requirements 5+ years of purchasing experience (food mfg. or CPG preferred) Strong background in raw materials procurement and inventory control Experience with ERP/MRP systems Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookups, data analysis) Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
