Join Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice as a Delivery Analyst and help organizations address complex challenges that matter. In this role, you will work alongside teams supporting transformation initiatives, improving performance, and helping clients generate measurable value. You will have opportunities to build consulting and delivery skills through hands-on experience, collaboration, and exposure across client environments. Recruiting for this role ends on 09/24/2026. Work you'll do As a Delivery Analyst in our Government & Public Services practice, you'll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below. We are currently recruiting Accounting and Finance Solutions Delivery Analysts, whose skills and interests align with the below description: Accounting and Finance Solutions Delivery Analyst
- This Delivery Analyst uses specialized Finance and Accounting tools to assist clients from a delivery center around ensuring accuracy in financial planning, controllership and regulatory compliance,while also supporting components of grant programs, including planning, budgeting, compliance monitoring. A successful candidate would possess these skills:

- Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team The Government & Public Services practice serves organizations working to improve outcomes for the public through modernization, operational improvement, and mission-focused transformation.
Qualifications Required:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or an equivalent program
- Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
- You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
- Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs.
