Job DescriptionOverview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible intern for a full-time 8-week summer internship. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of our talented professionals.

Our internship gives you a hands-on look at how businesses run—covering budgets, labor analysis, efficiency improvements, and planning. You'll work with experienced professionals, solve real problems, and help make operations run smoother. If you're curious about how things work and want to build valuable skills for your future, this is the perfect opportunityThis position will be based onsite (not remote) at Wonderful Citrus located in Delano, CA. This schedule for this internship is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs.

Must be a current Wonderful ScholarHigh School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, or relatedMust upload a resume, professional reference, and cover letter with your application Must be 18 years of age or olderMinimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-directed and able to work autonomouslyEnergetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Pay Rate:

$18.50 per hour.
