Job Description

Job Summary Compensation is $1000 base pay per day or 33% Whichever is higher for experienced and productive Dentist. 2-5 days per week. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. New Grads are also welcome that are willing to add more skills. We are a busy, productive and patient-centered dental office. Our priority is the utmost care of our patient. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help foster a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical skills, collaborate with a talented team, and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through exceptional dental services. Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Administer oral surgery procedures such as dental extractions and manage postoperative care. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety. Use dental imaging tools to diagnose issues accurately, including X-rays and other medical imaging techniques. Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatments, and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and other specialties to provide comprehensive care. Maintain detailed medical documentation using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Experience Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred; prior experience with dental office software Dentrix is highly preferred. New grads welcome. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control procedures, and medical terminology is essential. Experience performing pediatric dentistry procedures and oral surgeries is advantageous. Familiarity with general dentistry practices including root canal therapy, dental fabrication, prosthodontics, and endodontics is desirable. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent patient care while adhering to HIPAA standards for medical records confidentiality. Previous exposure to pediatric patients and proficiency in pediatric dentistry techniques will be considered a plus.
