GRAVEYARD CFS AND WAREHOUSING CANDIDATE PAY

$25hr-$27

HR, DOE HOURS:

Thursday through Monday (off Tues/Weds), 9:00PM to 5:30

Temp for up to 11 full months

MISC:

Must pass background & drug screen upon selection Customer Service Representative (CFS / Distribution - CargoWise) Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipments, orders, and inquiries Manage and track shipments in CargoWise, ensuring accurate and timely updates Coordinate inbound/outbound freight within a CFS (Container Freight Station) and warehouse environment Create, update, and maintain shipment files, milestones, and documentation in CargoWise Prepare and process BOLs, invoices, and shipping documents with accuracy Communicate with warehouse, drayage, and transportation teams to ensure on-time movement of freight Troubleshoot and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or customer concerns Maintain accurate inventory and shipment data within WMS/CargoWise systems Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations Generate reports and provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
