Freight Forwarders. Gardena, CA. Coord movement of int'l & domestic freight by air & land thru direct comm'n w/ carriers, airlines, shipping lines, & logistics partners; Track & mng both outbound & inbound shipments, proactively idntfy'g & resolving any disruptions, ensure timely & secure delivery; Prep & review shipping & customs doc'n, ensure accuracy & compliance w/ int'l trade regs; Keep custs informed w/ regular status updates & detailed tracking info, ensuring full visibility throughout shipping process; & Anlyz shipment data, idntfy process inefficiencies, & propose improvements to optimize cost, transit time, & overall srvc quality.
