Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and coordinating Ocean and Air Import & Export shipments while ensuring efficient and timely transportation of cargo and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily Ocean & Air Import and Export shipments. Coordinate with customers, carriers, overseas agents, truckers, and warehouses. Prepare and review shipping documents. Track shipments and provide status updates to customers. Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing. Assist with problem resolution and customer service support.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations. Knowledge of Ocean and Air Import/Export procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Experience with freight forwarding software is preferred. Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
