- Ocean Shipping Specialist to join our logistics team.

Responsibilities Coordinate ocean shipments with carriers, ports, and clients to ensure timely delivery. Manage documentation for import/export, including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping instructions. Track shipments and communicate updates to clients, handling any exceptions or delays. Maintain relationships with shipping lines, freight agents, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations. Assist in scheduling, cargo allocation, and daily operational tasks. Requirements Candidates must have prior experience in customs clearance. Proven experience in supply chain management with a focus on ocean freight forwarding or international logistics operations. Fluent in both English and Chinese. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in office software and shipment management systems. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Minimum 1 year experience in U.S. customs clearance or import compliance.
