Boat Delivery Driver

Join a growing team during peak season Boater's World Marine Centers is expanding our team in Lake Placid, FL and is hiring a Boat Delivery Driver to support increased demand. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for safely transporting boats between dealership locations and customer destinations. You'll play a direct role in the customer experience while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. We are actively interviewing and ready to move quickly. What You'll Be Doing Boat Transportation & Delivery Safely tow and transport boats, trailers, and equipment Deliver units to customers, marinas, and dealership locations Perform pre

• and post-trip inspections Ensure all loads are secure and compliant for road travel Customer Interaction Provide professional, friendly service during deliveries Assist with basic handoff questions Represent the dealership in a positive, professional manner Loading, Unloading & Handling Assist with launching, loading, and unloading boats Safely position units at delivery locations and on-site Ensure all deliveries are completed without damage Route Planning & Coordination Plan efficient routes to meet delivery schedules Communicate delays or issues proactively Equipment & Team Support Operate company trucks and trailers safely Report maintenance issues on vehicles or equipment Work closely with Sales, Service, and Parts teams Support general dealership operations as needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Experience towing trailers and transporting equipment (preferred) Ability to back and maneuver trailers in tight areas Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather Ability to lift and handle marine equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Flexible schedule, including weekends Why Join Boater's World Marine Centers Immediate opening due to peak season demand Consistent workload in a growing dealership Hands-on role — not a desk job Direct involvement in the customer delivery experience Opportunity to grow within operations and the marine industry Apply Today If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and want a role where you can stay active and be part of a team, we want to connect.
