Job Description

An agency of Tallgrass is seeking an experienced Coverage and Capacity Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and securing carrier capacity, navigating load boards, quoting freight, tracking shipments, and ensuring loads move efficiently from pickup to delivery.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of freight brokerage or transportation industry experience Strong knowledge of load boards and carrier sourcing Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment The agency is also looking for an Account Manager to oversee and support a dedicated customer account. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing day-to-day account activity, coordinating with operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of transportation, logistics, or account management experience Strong organizational and communication skills Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage priorities and solve problems proactively
Pay:
$25.09 - $30.22 per hour
