Job Description

Our client, a leader in international logistics and operations, is seeking an Admin III to join their team. As an Admin III, you will be part of the International Operations department supporting freight management and warehouse logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Part-Time, 3rd Shift What's the Job? Track, verify, and build international shipment volume to ensure accurate processing before departure. Utilize company systems to confirm all shipment data is complete and accurate. Physically verify freight and shipment information prior to loading. Apply stickers/labels to freight as required for proper identification. Assign freight volume to the correct Air Waybill (AWB) and manually forecast outbound flight volume. What's Needed? 1-2 years of clerical, administrative, or data entry experience. Strong computer skills and general computer literacy. Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Must possess a smartphone or device capable of downloading a Multifactor Authentication (MFA) application for system and timekeeping access.
