Job Description:
The Air Cargo Systems Support Specialist is responsible for the development, monitoring, and maintenance of various departmental applications, databases, queries, reports, and presentations. He/She displays excellent oral and written communication skills, programming skills (e.g., Structured Query Language (SQL), .NET, JavaScript, etc.), and the Microsoft (MS) Office suite of products. This position maintains a high level of responsibility as the results of his/her actions and decisions have an impact on the services and finances of the organization. He/She designs, creates and produces Air Cargo reports, gathers air cargo and network information, and professionally supports Air Cargo Sales Region Account Managers, Account Executives, Sales Support, Global Capacity Management Center (GCMC), and Air Cargo customers. Interacts with Region Account Managers, Account Executives, Global Capacity Management Center (GCMC) and other UPS support functions on a daily basis via phone, direct message and email communication. Strong organizational skills, ability to work on various projects, and must be a team player. Professional presence and conduct are essential.

Structured Query Language (SQL) MS .NET JavaScript Microsoft Office products (Power BI, Excel, Access, and Word) Attention to detail
Self-Starter Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or the equivalent in work experience UPS Air Network knowledge Air Cargo web applications Basic knowledge of Smart Kargo and/or E2
