Louisville, KY 40299 Delivery and Install Lead The Rental Depot is a leader in the event industry and we are looking for reliable, motivated, and hardworking individuals who possess a strong work ethic and are looking for an exciting opportunity (with significant earning potential) in the tent and event rental industry. If you like working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, this job is for you. As a Delivery and Install Lead you will work as a unified team to safely transport and install small and large tent structures and successfully ensure accurate and timely delivery and set up of rental items throughout Louisville and the surrounding area. Benefits Competitive Pay with Overtime Paid Holidays Vacation Rental Depot Health Benefits 401K Retirement On-the-job Training Responsibilities Read and follow detailed instructions, orders, schedules, and diagrams Load, transport, and unload rental items safely Assist physically in the delivery, assembly, and dismantle of tents and equipment Perform various warehouse duties and maintenance on rental inventory items Oversee a small team to ensure all installations and deliveries meet expectations Communicate any challenges to Supervisor or Manager as they arise Follow company and site-specific safety protocols Qualifications Strong work ethic, detail oriented, and able to work as part of a team Excellent customer service and communication skills Maintain a valid driver's license Able to read English and use basic technologies (tablets, cell phones, email etc.) Evening and weekend availability is required during peak seasons Reliable personal transportation Experience driving box trucks, operating forklifts, and pulling trailers is preferred but is not required Understands how to safely use basic hand tools Pass a drug screen and DOT physical Able to perform physical tasks using full range of motion for extended periods, in all weather conditions and in non-temperature controlled settings.
