Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Import Air Freight Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working closely with Airlines, international and domestic agents, and our branch offices to ensure seamless deliveries and logistics support.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Partner Communication:
Coordinate and communicate effectively with airlines, agents, and internal branches, ensuring timely pick-ups, deliveries, and accurate carrier invoice processing.Customer Care:
Serve as the primary contact for all customer interactions at the file level, delivering top-notch service with each transaction.Operational Support:
Open and manage files, collaborate with our sales team on new account implementations, and maintain updated records in our Track and Trace applications.Expereince:
Experience:
1+ years in Import Air Freight, with strong knowledge of international logistics and operations.Education:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise confidently with customers and partners.Organization & Time Management:
