4 MS Hauling is currently looking for a dependable and motivated Loader to support our day-to-day transportation and material handling operations. This role is vital to ensuring freight, materials, and job-site debris are moved, loaded, and unloaded safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, unload, and move freight, materials, and other items as required Arrange, stack, and secure cargo to ensure safe transportation and storage Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures Collaborate with drivers and coworkers to complete daily tasks efficiently and on schedule Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Inspect shipments and materials for damage or discrepancies and report concerns promptly Operate basic tools and equipment necessary for loading and handling tasks

Qualifications:

Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy objects Strong reliability, attention to detail, and positive work ethic Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, moving, or loading operations is a plus but not required
