Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads
- Qualify leads
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products/services ```Skills```
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong technical sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in logistics industry
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Proficient in sales techniques and methodologies
- Experience in inside sales or outbound calling is preferred
