Loading Systems Operator

is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Loading Systems Operator to support our logistics operations. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring loading systems, coordinating freight movement, and ensuring that all cargo is handled efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment and is committed to maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor automated and manual loading systems for trucks and trailers Load and unload freight accurately while following established procedures Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely shipment flow Inspect cargo, equipment, and systems to maintain safety and efficiency Maintain accurate records of loading activities and shipment details Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on loading equipment Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Organize staging areas to optimize loading efficiency and space utilization Identify and report damaged goods, discrepancies, or system issues

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or equipment operation preferred Ability to operate forklifts or loading machinery (certification is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Physical ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and system updates Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay:

$24.00 - $26.30 per hour
