The hard work, determination and initiative our team members bring to work every day is one of our greatest value propositions." — Russell Leo What You'll Do Manage all aspects of customer order submission, from entering received orders to resolving any issues that arise during shipment Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction with services received Work with Freight Consolidated Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction Effectively manage customer freight to deliver on time, within budget, and in good condition Work with Freight Consolidated Ops to optimize vehicle capacity, route optimization, and delivery schedule requirements Attain predetermined performance metrics as outlined by your manager Plan, research, and represent the company to customers All other duties as assigned by your manager
