JOB SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for the final check of pallets for accuracy prior to being loaded onto local delivery vehicles .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities:
Audit pre-made multi-product pallets to ensure accuracy Verify pallet and product count against BOL or PO Load pallets onto local delivery vehicles •Performs Additional Responsibilities As Assigned•
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
education and/or experience: High school diploma Previous warehouse experience preferred Forklift certification preferred knowledge, skills and abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to understand dispatch forms (Bill of Lading, Purchase Order) physical requirements: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 80 pounds for a sustained time (up to 2 hours) Ability to frequently and repeatedly reach overhead, stoop, bend, and twist Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods while operating power equipment Ascend and descend stairs frequently Ability to work in a warehouse environment (concrete floors, changing temperatures)
