- The Dropship and AIT Delivery Process Owner is responsible for managing consignment drop shipment operations, driving on-time delivery, reducing aged in-transit inventory, and ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers and internal teams.

- + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing experience) + Minimum of 3 years of Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing experience, or GE Leadership Program Graduate in lieu of experience

- + Experience insourcing, buying, procurement, supply chain, or delivery operations + Strong ability toanalyze issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions + Experience documenting processes, managing projects or programs, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders + Comfortable working withdata, reporting, and process performance metrics + Experience withSmartsheetrequired or strongly preferred + Experience withOracleor similar ERP systems is a plus + Ability totrain, coach, and influence othersacross teams and functions + Strong communication skills with the ability to work across suppliers and internal stakeholders + Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to challenge existing processes and improve how work gets done + Demonstrates humility, transparency, collaboration, and a strong commitment to results _"This role will require in-person attendance for New Hire Orientation on Day 1"_ The base pay range for this position is 100,000.
