This is a 1099 Independent Agent opportunity designed for individuals with experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or B2B sales who are looking to take control of their income and work remotely. As an Independent Agent, you will be responsible for developing shipper relationships, managing customer accounts, quoting freight, and coordinating shipments while leveraging our brokerage authority, carrier network, and operational support. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and transportation partners Prospect and acquire new business opportunities Manage customer accounts and daily freight movements Negotiate rates with carriers and customers Track shipments and provide exceptional customer service Build and grow your own book of business Work independently while utilizing company resources and support Qualifications Freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or B2B sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Experience prospecting and developing new business is a plus Compensation 100% Commission-Based Uncapped earning potential Flexible schedule Fully remote position Back-office and operational support provided Opportunity to build long-term residual income through customer relationships Ideal Candidate This position is ideal for someone who: Has logistics or freight brokerage experience Wants unlimited earning potential Is comfortable generating new business Values flexibility and autonomy Is driven by results and customer relationships
