General Statement of Duties This is a temporary position of no more than 29 hours per week . Work Schedule is assigned by the supervisor and/or Department Director Essential Duties Assist the Attendance Secretary with daily attendance. Runs reports from PowerSchool. Types letters and reports Proofreads figures, forms, letters, and/or reports for accuracy. Attends work daily. Is engaged and on task; and Performs other duties assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to think analytically Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position preferred Experience with MS Office and data programs Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately. Additional Information This position is open until filled. This is a temporary position of no more than 29 hours per week .
