Retro Delivery Reliant Air Conditioning - 3.4 Irving, TX Job Details Full-time $17 - $20 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work Driver's License Full Job Description The Retrofit Parts Runner & Warehouse Support team member plays a critical role in supporting Reliant Air Conditioning's Retrofit Installation Department. This position is responsible for delivering equipment, parts, materials, and tools to installation crews, maintaining inventory accuracy, staging upcoming jobs, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. This role directly impacts installation productivity and customer satisfaction by ensuring crews have the materials and support needed to complete jobs efficiently. Field Support Deliver HVAC equipment, parts, materials, tools, and supplies to retrofit installation jobs throughout the DFW Metroplex. Respond to urgent requests from installation teams to minimize job delays and downtime. Verify materials, equipment, and quantities against job packets, purchase orders, and pick tickets before delivery. Retrieve warranty parts, special-order items, and emergency materials from vendors and supply houses. Assist installation teams with loading and unloading equipment as needed. Warehouse Operations Stage equipment and materials for upcoming retrofit installations. Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition. Stock inventory and maintain organized warehouse storage locations. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and material reconciliation. Process and return unused materials from jobsites. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections of assigned company vehicles. Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with company policies and DOT requirements. Secure materials and equipment during transportation to prevent damage. Report vehicle maintenance concerns, accidents, or safety issues immediately. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid Texas Driver's License required. Must be insurable under the Company's commercial automobile insurance policy, including maintaining a minimum of five (5) years of driving history acceptable to the Company's insurance carrier. Minimum age of 21 years. Previous warehouse, delivery, HVAC, construction, or logistics experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Forklift certification or ability to become certified. Ability to navigate throughout the DFW Metroplex efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with management and field teams. Dependable attendance and punctuality required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic understanding of HVAC equipment and materials preferred. Ability to read material lists, purchase orders, and work orders. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing demands. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Commitment to maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance. Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds. Occasionally move equipment exceeding 75 pounds with assistance. Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
