The CEO will partner closely with physician leadership to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize clinical and administrative performance, and support sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a healthcare executive with deep experience in outpatient medical practices, strong physician partnership skills, and a proven ability to scale multi-site operations in a clinically driven environment. Key Responsibilities Operational & Clinical Leadership Provide strategic and operational leadership to align podiatric clinical services with organizational goals and growth initiatives Oversee daily operations across all practice locations, including clinic workflows, scheduling, patient access, staffing, and service delivery Ensure a consistently high standard of patient experience across all sites Develop and implement standardized operating procedures to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability Physician & Clinical Team Partnership Partner closely with podiatrists and medical leadership to support clinical excellence and practice alignment Lead and support clinical and administrative teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and patient-centered culture Assist with provider onboarding, performance support, and retention initiatives Financial & Business Management In partnership with the CFO or finance leadership, oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, and cost management Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical productivity, patient access, revenue cycle, and operational efficiency Optimize revenue cycle performance, including coding, billing, collections, and payor mix Growth & Strategic Initiatives Identify and execute growth opportunities, including new clinic openings, service line expansion (e.g., wound care, surgery centers, orthotics), and geographic growth Support mergers, acquisitions, or physician partnership opportunities as applicable Strengthen relationships with referral sources, healthcare partners, and payors Compliance & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and payer requirements Champion a culture of safety, ethics, and regulatory excellence across the organization External Representation Serve as a key representative of the organization to partners, vendors, investors, and healthcare stakeholders Support physician leadership in strategic discussions and external relationships Salary is commensurate based on experience.
