Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization dedicated to mental health advocacy and support within the community. The Executive Director will serve as the chief executive officer, responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and fostering impactful collaborations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence mental health initiatives, enhance service delivery, and strengthen community partnerships through innovative management and compassionate leadership. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and oversee the development and implementation of organizational goals aligned with mission-driven objectives. Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, government agencies, community organizations, and stakeholders to advance mental health initiatives. Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, resource allocation, and healthcare financial management to ensure fiscal responsibility. Communicate effectively with staff, board members, partners, and the community through managerial communication that fosters transparency and engagement. Drive strategic management efforts to expand programs, improve service quality, and increase organizational impact within the community. Requirements Proven experience in executive leadership roles within healthcare or nonprofit organizations focused on mental health or related fields. Excellent managerial communication skills capable of motivating staff and engaging diverse stakeholders effectively. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals while fostering innovation in program delivery.
