The Strategic Anchor to the CEO Are you a high-level project manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, governance, and organizational culture? Filoli is looking for a Board Liaison to serve as a key partner to our CEO and a primary connection to our Board of Directors. In this role, you aren't just managing a calendar—you are the "anchor" ensuring that the vision of our leadership is translated into seamless execution and clear communication. Plan and execute board and committee events, manage the nomination and onboarding process, and provide "concierge-level" service to our Directors.

Drive Strategic Projects:

Conduct research on industry trends, coordinate government relations with external lobbyists, and develop high-level presentations and white papers. Bridge the

Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, the Board, and senior leadership, ensuring consistency across all strategic initiatives. Lead a

Directly manage our Executive Assistant (EA) and oversee third-party consultants and vendors to keep the Executive Office running smoothly. Who You Are You are a seasoned professional who balances high-stakes diplomacy with tactical project management.

The Experience:

At least 5 years of high-level Board and C-Suite support experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but we value equivalent professional experience just as much.

The Toolkit:

Proactive instincts with tools like Monday.com, Altru CRM, and Google Suite. You have a knack for synthesizing complex info into clear, beautiful slide decks and reports.

You lead with authenticity and emotional intelligence. You can navigate high-pressure situations with composure and maintain total discretion.

The Details Location:

Woodside, CA (Onsite)

Status/Schedule:

Exempt, Full-time. Generally Monday-Friday, though you'll occasionally join us for evening and weekend events that make Filoli so special. Remote work can be possible up to one day a week as long as the Executive Office is staffed and covered daily.

Compensation:

Salary range of $94, 000 to $105,000 + full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and more). Why Filoli?
