Position Requirements Provide visionary leadership for strategy, operations, financial stewardship, governance, and organizational growth while partnering closely with an engaged Board of Directors. Serve as the organization's principal fundraiser and ambassador, cultivating transformational relationships with donors, corporate partners, healthcare leaders, volunteers, and community stakeholders. Candidate Qualifications Demonstrated senior executive leadership experience within a nonprofit or similarly complex organization, with expertise spanning fundraising, strategic planning, communications, and board relations. Proven success growing philanthropic revenue through major and principal gifts, corporate partnerships, foundations, events, and other diversified funding strategies. Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams. Strong financial acumen, including experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, capital planning, and organizational operations. Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with an authentic leadership style, strategic mindset, and deep commitment to serving children and families.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$240,000-$260,000, including a performance-based bonus. Comprehensive benefits include 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, plus a 401(k) with up to a 5% employer match.
