Translating Vision into Action; The Chief Operating Officer (COO) serves as the senior executive responsible for the day-to-day operations and scalable execution of the ACO, CIN and other Envoy lines of service. This role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into effective operations, vendor performance is optimized, projects are delivered on time and within scope, and the organization remains compliant, financially sustainable, and agile during rapid growth.Essential Functions:
Lead day to day operations and execution across Envoy Integrated Health service lines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Translate organizational strategy into scalable operational plans, workflows, and accountability structures. Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance management, contract compliance, and optimization. Direct and prioritize a portfolio of projects including value based care initiatives, grant programs, and technology implementations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while proactively managing risks and dependencies. Maintain compliance with CMS, Medicaid, payer, grant, and regulatory requirements and support audit readiness. Partner with finance leadership to monitor budgets, evaluate operational ROI, and support long term financial sustainability. Oversee implementation of technology and health IT solutions to improve workflows, efficiency, and scalability. Build, develop, and lead high performing teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Serve as a key liaison with payers, health systems, vendors, member practices, and community partners to strengthen relationships and operational effectiveness.Salary:
$ 135,000-$185,000DOE Employee Benefits:
