Position Summary :
The Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) will provide strategic and operational leadership for all Symphony Spine Pain and Neuro Alliance locations across Arizona. The RVP is responsible for overseeing clinic performance, operational efficiency, financial results, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence and patient-centered care. This is a key leadership role that partners closely with executive leadership to execute growth initiatives and optimize regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Direct oversight of all clinical and administrative operations across Arizona practices. Ensure consistency and efficiency in operational processes, including patient flow, scheduling, billing, and revenue cycle management. Partner with practice leaders to develop and implement standard operating procedures, quality metrics, and best practices.
Financial Management:
Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability of all sites in the region. Monitor KPIs, prepare financial reports, and implement corrective actions as needed. Partner with executive leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and operational plans.
Clinical Oversight & Compliance:
Ensure all practices operate in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including healthcare standards and payer requirements. Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain quality care standards, patient safety, and clinical outcomes. Promote initiatives that support clinical excellence, staff development, and patient satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop practice administrators, operations managers, and other operational staff. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across the region. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for key operational roles.
Strategic Growth:
Support expansion initiatives, including new clinic openings, partnerships, and service line development. Analyze market trends and operational opportunities to drive regional growth. Serve as a key liaison between the executive team and local practice leaders.
Requirements:
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of healthcare operations experience , with at least 3-5 years in multi-site leadership . Proven experience managing clinical operations in pain management, neurology, or multi-specialty practices strongly preferred. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational metrics. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and foster a collaborative culture. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel within the Arizona region as needed.
