Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Operations located in Gilbert, AZ. The Vice President of Operations will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all departments. Key responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L), developing and executing strategic initiatives, improving customer service processes, and leading project management efforts to meet business goals. The role also involves fostering collaboration across teams and driving growth aligned with company values. Must Haves Proven record holding managers accountable- closes the loop, not just opens conversations built or managed KPI and scorecard systems Manufacturing or production operations background- understands she floor rhythm, labor, thjroughput Managed 4-6+ direct reports across multiple departments simultaneously Comfortable reading P&L and job costing and working in ERP and MRP systems Qualifications Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management Built KPI's from scratch and held people accountable Strong track record in Customer Service enhancement and team leadership Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field Experience in the automotive or restoration industry is a strong advantage Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets Exceptional communication and organizational skills Understand ERP and MRP systems, we are implementing Odoo Strong Preference Automotive, powersports, specialty vehicle or aftermarket industry experience
