Job Description
Now hiring fellows across multiple U.S. markets for a 12-month rotational fellowship program beginning in June 2027. Fellows will gain broad organizational exposure through structured rotations across key business functions, leadership development opportunities, and executive mentorship.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
- Our Healthcare Administration Fellowship is a post-graduate leadership development program designed for individuals who have recently completed a Master's Degree in healthcare administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA with a healthcare focus), Public Health (MPH), or a related field.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Rotational Structure:
Fellows will complete 3-4 rotations across key business areas such as outpatient clinic operations, market development and growth businesses, clinical services, human resources, and finance. +Strategic Project Work:
Fellows will lead and support enterprise initiatives focused on patient care delivery, operational excellence, workforce strategy, and financial performance. +Executive Exposure:
Regular interaction with senior leaders, including formal presentations, leadership roundtables, and executive mentorship. +Development Opportunities:
Participation in leadership development workshops, project management training, and ongoing performance coaching. +Career Pathway:

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS
- :•+ Master's degree (MHA, MBA with healthcare focus, MPH, or related) completed within the past 6 months or by the program start date.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- : + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Analytical mindset with an ability to manage complex projects. + Willingness to travel or relocate as needed for rotational assignments. + Previous internship, capstone, or work experience in healthcare strongly preferred.
