Job Description
Position Summary The Vice President of Clinical Operations oversees all clinical, operational, and programmatic functions within the Adult Services Department. This leader ensures that services meet the needs of the population we serve while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and productivity. You will guide and mentor clinic leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will translate organizational goals into actionable plans, ensure programs meet regulatory and contractual requirements, and use data to monitor performance and improve outcomes.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Clinical oversight and supervision of leadership teams across four outpatient clinics Program development aligned with member needs and agency goals Operational management, including staffing, workflow optimization, and service delivery Productivity monitoring and performance improvement to support funding sustainability Utilization management and data‑driven decision‑making Budget oversight and resource allocation Compliance with agency policies, licensure standards, and health plan requirements Staff development, coaching, and leadership growth A complete job description is available upon request. Requirements Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy. Must be independently licensed in Arizona. Advanced technical proficiency — must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint) and able to use data tools to monitor performance and drive decision‑making. EMR system competency — must be comfortable navigating electronic medical record systems; experience with Axiom is strongly preferred. Current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications (training provided through Southwest Network) Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card. Valid Arizona driver's license and auto insurance. Minimum 8 years of behavioral health experience, including 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Must be at least 21 years of age.COMPENSATION
