Responsibilities:
Leadership :
The Operations Manager must provide effective leadership to the division, including setting goals and objectives, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the division meets or exceeds its performance targets.
Financial Management :
Must ensure the financial health of the division, including developing and managing budgets, tracking and reporting financial performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.
Business Development:
Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the division's area of expertise, including managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Project Management:
Must oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all projects within the division, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all work is completed on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Must have 10 years of electrical dry utility project management experience. Must have 10 years of experience in operations and project management. Must be able to implement and maintain process improvements. Able to meet fluctuating and time sensitive deadlines. Essential to be budget and cost-focused. Must be customer service oriented.
