Our primary goal is to foster physician collaboration to deliver the most advanced pediatric care throughout Northern California and beyond. We have Pediatric, Ophthalmology, Adult Medicine, and Women's health clinics located throughout the San Francisco Bay area. Position Summary Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the CIN Manager is a strategic, relationship-driven leader responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) to enhance provider alignment, improve patient access, and drive network performance. This role bridges clinical operations, physician engagement, and data-driven strategy to strengthen referral pathways, support value-based care initiatives, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in physician relations, referral development, and healthcare market dynamics, along with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships and translate insights into actionable growth strategies. Key Responsibilities Network Development & Physician Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical groups, and health plan partners to expand and strengthen the CIN. Serve as the primary liaison between network providers and the health system, ensuring alignment, communication, and engagement. Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase participation, satisfaction, and retention within the network. Referral Growth & Access Optimization Design and implement referral development strategies to drive growth across key service lines. Identify and resolve barriers to access, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve patient flow and provider experience. Promote network services, specialists, and programs through targeted engagement and education initiatives. Data & Performance Management Analyze referral patterns, utilization trends, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for network growth and optimization. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and EMR data to track performance, measure outcomes, and inform strategic decision-making. Prepare and present reports and insights to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities. Provider Education & Program Development Lead the planning and execution of provider engagement programs, including Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and digital learning initiatives. Develop and deliver content that supports clinical alignment, referral processes, and network value propositions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and Clinical Leadership to align CIN initiatives with organizational goals. Support service line growth strategies through coordinated outreach and targeted campaigns. Facilitate communication between internal departments and external providers to ensure seamless network operations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field) 7-10+ years of experience in physician relations, network development, or healthcare strategy Strong understanding of referral management, provider engagement, and healthcare market dynamics Experience working with CINs, ACOs, or value-based care models preferred Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to translate complex clinical and operational information into clear, actionable insights Core Competencies Strategic Thinking & Execution Relationship Management & Influence Data-Driven Decision Making Cross-Functional Collaboration Market & Competitive Insight Problem Solving & Operational Agility Why This Role Matters The CIN Manager plays a critical role in advancing value-based care by aligning providers, improving access, and ensuring high-quality, coordinated care across the network.
