In this role you will oversee Strategy & Enablement and Value Measurement and the practice that delivers them. You will lead strategic engagements directly while building a multidisciplinary team of specialists across strategy, business analysis, measurement, and change management. You set the methodology, hire talent, ensure quality, and represent the practice to clients and the market. Oversee organizational change management and enablement Own the client relationship at the executive level Partner with Finance stakeholders Practice Building & Methodology Build and scale the Strategy Practice Support Proprietary IP Development Cross-Practice Integration & Go-to-Market Collaborate across practices Establish governance cadence Shape the firm's market narrative Support business development Publish and present: contribute to whitepapers, case studies, and speaking engagements that establish InfoMagnus as a thought leader in applied AI strategy & accountability. What You Bring Required 10+ years in management consulting, digital strategy, enterprise strategy, or technology advisory roles, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships at the executive level Demonstrated experience leading AI, digital transformation, or technology strategy engagements for Fortune 500 or enterprise clients—with a track record of owning engagement outcomes, not just contributing to them Experience building or significantly growing a consulting practice, service line, or capability—including recruiting, developing talent, and establishing delivery standards Sufficient fluency in organizational change management to lead a team of specialists, evaluate their work, and represent enablement credibly to clients—whether from direct experience or from leading transformation programs where change management was a core workstream Sufficient fluency in business outcome measurement to oversee a measurement team—understanding concepts like attribution, confounders, baselines, and evidence tiers well enough to set standards, challenge assumptions, and defend methodology to Finance and executive stakeholders Strong executive communication skills: ability to present to C-suite audiences, translate between business and technical stakeholders, and navigate the cross-functional partnerships required for credible ROI reporting Experience with workflow redesign or business process transformation, ensuring AI initiatives change how work gets done, not just what tools people use Preferred Direct experience with AI/ML program strategy, including agentic AI, intelligent automation, or AI-augmented workflows Background in organizational change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar), either as a practitioner or as a leader who managed OCM teams Experience productizing consulting methodologies into repeatable assessments, frameworks, or SaaS offerings Familiarity with enterprise software development practices and the developer productivity landscape (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI coding tools, DORA/SPACE metrics) Experience defining measurement specifications, data contracts, or reporting requirements that engineering teams implement Exposure to governance considerations: regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical AI frameworks What we provide This is a rare opportunity to build a consulting practice from zero to scale inside a firm with established enterprise relationships and a differentiated AI framework.
