The pace is high, the expectations are real, and the ownership starts on day one. What to Expect Direct, daily proximity to senior leadership and strategic decisions High-intensity environment with a steep and rewarding learning curve with real ownership and visibility from the start Compensation $55,000 - $100,000 base (commensurate with capability) + performance bonus tied directly to execution quality and program impact. How to Apply Send your resume and a short note describing a time you took a complex, fast-moving situation and turned it into structured execution — what was the situation, what did you do, and what was the result?
