Job Summary Job Summary The Vice President, Operations, provides executive-level leadership to develop and manage multiple functional areas and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that ensure the effective delivery of Home Office operational services in support of Alliance schools and scholars. The Vice President serves as a key member of the Operations leadership team, shaping organizational strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across Alliance's schools. The Vice President, Operations, reports directly to the top-level Operations Team leader and is expected to oversee the Network Operations Lead, Facilities, and Business Operations teams, with portfolio responsibilities that may evolve over time to meet organizational priorities and needs.
