Chief Operating Officer Gutter Buddy CA LLC Salida, CA Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $150,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Performance management Hiring Construction Office management Project leadership Roofing Full Job Description Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Gutter Installation Company We are a growing gutter installation company seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take full leadership of daily operations and help scale the business from a strong local company into a high-performing, growth-focused operation. This role is for a hands-on construction leader who understands field work, crew management, and job execution—not a desk-only manager. The COO will oversee both field operations and office coordination , ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, crews are productive, and revenue continues to grow. This is a leadership position with real authority over how the business runs day to day. Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations for gutter installation projects Lead and manage installation crews in the field Schedule and coordinate jobs for maximum efficiency and productivity Ensure quality control and proper installation standards Hire, train, and manage field and office staff Improve systems for job scheduling, routing, and production flow Support and drive sales growth through operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Manage job profitability, labor efficiency, and overall performance Work directly with ownership to scale the company What We're Looking For Strong background in construction, gutters, roofing, exterior trades, or similar field work Experience leading crews in a hands-on environment Understanding of how jobs are installed, scheduled, and completed in the field Ability to manage people and hold crews accountable Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced job environments Experience improving efficiency, workflow, or production is a plus Leadership mindset—someone who takes ownership, not direction-only instructions Compensation Competitive base salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses tied to company growth and profitability Opportunity to grow with and help scale the company long-term Important Note This is a hands-on leadership role in the field and office.
