This is an onsite interim executive leadership opportunity based in the Greater Denver, Colorado area .
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Interim Vice President of Operations will provide hands-on executive leadership across manufacturing, operations, quality assurance, and supply chain functions during a key operational transition period. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership to assess operational workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement lean manufacturing initiatives designed to improve efficiency, accountability, and operational performance. The ideal candidate will bring a highly collaborative leadership style, strong operational expertise, and the ability to quickly stabilize and optimize manufacturing operations within a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead operational stabilization efforts across manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and production functions Conduct operational reviews, workflow assessments, and value stream mapping initiatives to identify efficiencies and process improvements Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to strengthen operational performance Develop KPI reporting, operational metrics, and accountability processes to improve visibility and execution Oversee inventory flow, vendor relationships, and supply chain optimization initiatives Partner with executive leadership to support operational goals, customer delivery expectations, and overall business performance
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience leading manufacturing, operations, and supply chain functions within complex operational environments Expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies Proven ability to drive operational improvements, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration Excellent executive communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills Experience managing operational reporting, inventory management, vendor partnerships, and manufacturing performance metrics
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This interim executive opportunity offers competitive compensation in the range of $115-$120/hour , depending on experience and alignment with the organization's operational needs. The client will provide necessary equipment, and the role offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership in a highly visible, high-impact operational leadership capacity.
