LEAD SHARED SERVICES OFFBOARDING, ENABLEMENT AND OVERSIGHT- BIS
WHAT
IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Responsible for driving the delivery of core control processes and enablement across Shared Services, which includes KYC, Operational Administration, and other regulatory functions. In addition, this senior leader will be responsible for defining the strategic uplift of the Shared Services Operating Model, including the technology and operations efficiency program. This leader will provide active direction to achieve organizational strategy through a variety of means including, but not limited to executing strategic opportunities and alignment, driving cross-functional execution and cost savings. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled management executive with a proven ability to develop high impact analytical strategies, govern, and deliver large and complex technology-enabled programs in a matrixed organization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Oversee Offboarding, Account Maintenance and Quality Assurance functions across Shared Services. Drive execution with speed on priorities aligned with executive leadership to increase efficiency and controls while reducing expense within the Shared Services organization. Lead cross-functional teams to address strategic questions, diagnose issues, develop plans, and more aggressively execute to realize success and expected business outcomes. Drive, direct, monitor and contribute to critical strategic initiatives—enterprise onboarding, servicing through Salesforce, data governance, controls, and compliance process transformation, among others. Proactively identifies research and recommends policies and procedures changes to reduce costs, streamline operations and/or increase efficiency. Integrates activities with other departments to accomplish common goals. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Bank policies and procedures. Complies fully with all regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Code of Conduct, etc.). Lead cross functional teams in managing and resolving key initiatives or projects that are critical to strategy success, including addressing risk, regulatory requirements, and blockers to strategy attainment. Influence key stakeholders and function as a strategic advisor on key areas of focus to enable CNB's strategy. Balance and influence multiple competing priorities and teams by providing oversight and guidance to actions of high importance; and creating and maintaining cross-organizational relationships to enable success. Influence, implement, and promote the adoption of the data governance operating model and related requirements in alignment with CNB's overall data strategy.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent 10+ years' experience in Banking Services or related functions, with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. 5+ years of experience with regulatory requirements. 5+ years of experience operational efficiency initiatives, systems development, and project management related disciplines such as quality management, financial management and organization change management. Additional Qualifications High-value personal qualities - critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to influence, work in teams, resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, self-confident, high-energy, etc. Deep knowledge in regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance principles. Ability to develop short and long-term plans for all relevant levels of the enterprise/organization. Must be a critical and strategic thinker with seasoned problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills. Experience in Agile delivery, Lean, six-sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Preferred working experience with tech vendors in regulatory and compliance functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent organization and analytical skills with emphasis on planning and operations.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Compensation Starting base salary: $127,626 - $237,014 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
